Soaring in the Fall

Fall is one of the best times of year to go Soaring! You have comfortable temperatures, small group sizes, and, of course, the beautiful colors of the foliage.  The San Juan National Forest has exploded into a colorful array of leaves among the deep green ponderosas, making for a scenic ride through the trees.  Not only will you get to spend the whole day up in the canopy, but you also get to see larger panoramas from the viewpoint of the historic Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.  This makes for two unique experiences in one full day of fun for the whole family.

The best Colorado zip line adventure will be continue its 2010 season through October 17th.  If you’re looking for things to do in Durango, you should definitely consider going on an adventure that you’ll never forget: Soaring.
