Your Lunch In the Trees

One of the most unique parts of your day at Soaring Tree top Adventures is the dining experience.  You are provided with a four-course gourmet lunch served on a suspended platform overlooking the beautiful Animas River.  Take in the view while you enjoy the tasty lunch of your choosing and a relaxing break during the middle of your day.  We have a variety of different offerings to please your palate; here is a small sample of a few items that can be found on the Soaring menu:

Turkey Focaccia: Shaved turkey, bibb lettuce, and tomatoes accompanied by avocado, bacon, and a chipotle may served on cheese and herb focaccia

BBQ Pulled Pork: Slow roasted shredded pork in a sweet barbecue sauce served on a pineapple coconut bread

Pineapple Sandwich: Layers of fresh pineapple with toasted pecans, crisp romaine lettuce, and cinnamon cream cheese spread on pineapple coconut bread
