Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Visit Soaring Again!
Traveling on its inaugural journey through the Animas River canyon, the “Knight Sky” open air observation car carried its first passengers to Soaring® Tree Top Adventures’ zipline on June 15, 2012.
Knight Sky is the newest addition to the Durango & Silverton Railroad’s train car fleet. The car was commissioned by Soaring owners and given to the Durango Railroad.
Now in its ninth season, Soaring Tree Top Adventures continues to provide memorable experiences and far exceed guests’ highest expectations. A visit to Soaring allows guests to enjoy the top two attractions in Durango, with a ride on the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and a visit to the world’s largest zip-line course. It’s a first class experience from beginning to end!
More people are taking note and that includes some very well-known guests. This week we were very happy to have Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos and family return for a second visit. Kelly is perhaps best known for her presence alongside Regis Philbin as co-host of the morning talk-show Live! with Regis & Kelly, as well as a variety of other roles including Hayley Vaughan Santos on All My Children. Her husband, Mark Consuelos, is also an easily recognizable celebrity, having starred alongside Kelly for several years on All My Children as Mateo Santos. They also have their own production company, Milojo Productions.
As Kelly, Mark and their kids discovered, Soaring Tree Top Adventures is a great adventure to experience again and again! When asked which span was her favorite, Kelly responded, “Trying to pick a favorite zipline span is like trying to pick a favorite child…they’re all wonderful!” To start your own Soaring adventure, call our office at (970) 769-2357 or check out our website www.soaringcolorado.com today.
