Soaring Canopy Tour’s guides, or Sky Rangers, guide you through the entire zip line course. A Sky Ranger manages all of your equipment and sends you from one platform, while another Sky Ranger is ready to greet you at the incoming platform to happily handle all of your gear and get you ready for your next zip line span.
Each Sky Ranger is First Aid and CPR trained, and many Sky Rangers are First Responder certified. Beyond that, each Sky Ranger is trained in Soaring America’s treetop protocols on how to effectively and safely guide guests of all ages and levels of physical ability in the trees. Our focus at Soaring is always on each guest’s safety and ensuring you have a wonderful time. In addition, with our strong background in hospitality in the Resort business, we have instilled in each Sky Ranger the importance of quality Customer Service. We treat each zip line guest like they are a member of our own family and pride ourselves in remembering each guest’s name and focusing on being polite and courteous.
